The FHC program is an easy to use software package and is provided
with a 40 page printed manual and tutorial. In addition all users are
entitled to user support by email, fax and telephone.
Some clients also wish to have some formal training on the use of the
FHC program, but more often there requirements are for training on
hydraulic calculations for sprinkler installations to a recognised
standard, or to help them through one of the LPCB examinations.
Canute can offer this type of training through its network of
authorized training partners (ATP). The authorized training partners
have been assessed by Canute for there experience in teaching full
hydraulic calculations design principals and in using the FHC program.
The ATP's are all independent of Canute LLP and you should contact them
directly for more information.
