Once you have installed the FHC program you can use it for 7 days or a maximum of 30 times, after this time if you have not completed the registration process the FHC program will not work.  

We strongly recommend that you request your registration code as soon as possible.

When you first start the FHC program you will see a screen as below, you now have three options Register, Continue or Quit.

1. The Quit button will stop the FHC program and return you to the windows desktop.
2. If you press the Continue button the FHC program will start and you will be able to use it as normal except you will not be able to printout any report.
3. The Register button will open the Registration form as below

You must now enter Your Name into the user name box

If you have an email client installed on your computer you can press the email button to automatically send an email to us requesting your registration code.  Please ensure that the email has been sent by checking your email outbox and sent email items, this method is the quickest method of obtaining your registration code.  If you do not have an email connection you can press the Print button to print out a registration form which you can then fax to us (Fax number +44 (0)113 394 4041). 

You can now continue to use the FHC program by pressing the Continue button on the splash screen.

When you receive the 16-digit registration code from us you must open the ‘Register' form by pressing the button on the splash screen or by starting FHC go to the Help menu and select register.  You must then enter the code into the 4 boxes, FHC will confirm if your registration was successful or not.     

Please note that the registration code is unique to each computer so you must request a registration code each time you install the program on to a new computer.

Once FHC is registered you can install FHC updates or completely remove and reinstall FHC and you will not be required to enter the code again.
