Email and have not had a response

If you are sent as an email they can be a number of reasons why we have not responded promptly to your enquiry. Due to the large number of 'spam' and 'marketing' emails which we receive we use a system which 'white lists' genuine customers.

The first time you send us an email you will receive an automated response from our email server asking you to reply, you just need to press the 'reply' button on your email client and 'send' the email. This will release any emails which you have sent to us and you will not need to do this again for any subsequent emails which you send.

You should also check your email 'spam' folder to see if any of our replies have been misplaced. We would also recommend that you add our email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or better still our domain Canute soft.com to your white list. This will avoid any possibility of our emails been forwarded to your spam folder.
