However we find that most uses find the Support Desk provides the most convenient route for support as it lets you log support requests directly into our system and you can track its progress.

Before you request support please check the FHC user manual (available by pressing the F1 key when using FHC), the Knowlegebase or the Document Centre before you contact the Canute support department.

When contacting the Canute Support Desk it would be helpful if you could provided the following information as a minimum:

  • FHC Licence number.
  • Company Name.
  • Windows operating system (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 and 32 or 64 bit version).
  • Description of the problem you wish to resolve.
  • Copy of the FHC project file.
